The Newkirk Chamber held two ribbon cuttings recently for 2 of our new businesses–Stagecoach Bar-b-que and R L Photography.
Founded by Vance and Debra Johnson in 1998, Stagecoach Catering and Barbeque is now owned by daughter, Carrie Grace. Stagecoach serves award-winning barbeque and has the ribbons and plaques to prove it.
Grace said the eatery also serves a great variety of side dishes, and delicious homemade ice cream and cake. She added that their down-home country exterior continues inside, along with a big serving of country hospitality.
On Friday nights, the Stagecoach serves all-you-can-eat catfish and ribs, and on Saturday, hand-cut aged ribeye steaks in addition to their barbeque choices. Stagecoach also does full-service catering, both at the restaurant and on-site. The menu is not limited to just barbeque. Grace said they can provide a wide variety of food for just about any occasion. For more information, call (580) 362-3082.
