Congratulations to Locke Auto Parts for 46 years of business in Newkirk. Keith and LaFaun Locke opened the business in 1978 and it is now run by their son, Steve. The Newkirk Chamber of Commerce and Newkirk Main Street appreciate them and their loyalty to the community. We encourage everyone to support our small businesses and shop local when possible.

The Chamber is once again having a photo contest for our 2025 calendar. You can go to our website, newkirkchamber.com to enter under Community Events. If you have trouble there, you can email us your photo to [email protected]. Be sure to include your name and phone number.

The Chamber and Newkirk Main Street will be holding a ribbon cutting for our newest business in town, Hunt Portable Buildings, this Friday, June 21, at 11:00 am. They are located at 701 N. Main. Everyone is welcome to come out and give a warm welcome to the Hunt family.

They will be having hot dogs so let's give them a big Newkirk warm welcome!

Newkirk's Farmers Insurance agent is now an agent with Progressive insurance also. Stop in and see Kyle to compare prices to see how he can help you with your insurance needs. The Chamber is proud to have him as a member.
